The Kings Hill SARC project was a £2 million refurbishment and fit-out of a specialist healthcare facility, involving the full strip-out of the existing building and comprehensive reconfiguration of the internal layout to create a modern Health Centre.

Seville transformed a dilapidated Grade II* listed building into the UK's first NHS Wellbeing Centre. The project included extensive structural repairs and the careful restoration of original architectural features, using traditional materials and heritage techniques to preserve the building's historic character.

Seville were appointed to carry out the complete strip out, refurbishment of the ground floor to create a new Community Diagnostics Centre, associated supporting admin/office facilities incorporating new complex M&E installations within a live hospital facility.
