Seville were appointed to deliver a high-volume Fire Risk Assessment programme across a varied residential portfolio including high-rise buildings, care homes and community facilities. Working within occupied properties, the team carried out fire door replacements, fire stopping works and associated building upgrades while maintaining resident engagement and minimising disruption.

Seville delivered a turnkey fire safety improvement programme at Whiteley Village, an occupied residential care home comprising 88 units. Following a failed Fire Risk Assessment, extensive compartmentation works and fire door replacements were required.

Seville were appointed to support Peabody’s Fire Risk Assessment programme across a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including high-rise buildings and care facilities. The team delivers up to £500k of works per month, undertaking inspections, fire door replacements and compartmentation works while maintaining high levels of compliance and resident engagement.
