The Kings Hill SARC project was a £2 million refurbishment and fit-out of a specialist healthcare facility, involving the full strip-out of the existing building and comprehensive reconfiguration of the internal layout to create a modern Health Centre. Works included the installation of new partitions, doors, hygienic finishes, IPS systems and bespoke FF&E, alongside a complete mechanical and electrical package incorporating ventilation, air conditioning, fire alarms, access control, and data systems. Delivered over a 26-week programme and completed in August 2025, the project achieved a final gross valuation of approximately £2.04 million and successfully transformed the space into a fully compliant, secure, and operationally critical environment.
