Seville were appointed to support Peabody’s Fire Risk Assessment programme across a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including high-rise buildings and care facilities. The team delivers up to £500k of works per month, undertaking inspections, fire door replacements and compartmentation works while maintaining high levels of compliance and resident engagement. Through detailed planning, regular stakeholder meetings and a robust access strategy, Seville continues to reduce FRA actions across the estate and provide comprehensive reporting to support the client’s building safety objectives.
