Seville delivered a turnkey fire safety improvement programme at Whiteley Village, an occupied residential care home comprising 88 units. Following a failed Fire Risk Assessment, extensive compartmentation works and fire door replacements were required. Working closely with the Scheme Manager and care staff, Seville planned works around residents and operational requirements, carrying out selected activities during evenings and weekends to minimise disruption. The project was completed on programme, with all works certified and signed off, and included the introduction of dementia-friendly door finishes to enhance the living environment.
