Seville was instructed to carry out the renovation of 17a Craven Road, Reading following a severe attack of Dry Rty throughout the core and roof of the building.
This was a complex job which saw us rebuild the intricate flooring and staircase as well as refurbishing the rest of the building to create a welfare building for the hospital.

Creating the Wellbeing Centre
The building has been adapted to be used for the wellbeing of the NHS staff employed at Royal Berkshire Hospital. I has created a stress free environment away from the workplace offering gym facilities, activity spaces for yoga and pilates, and spaces for quiet reflection.
