Seville delivered the conservation, restoration and refurbishment of a Grade II listed building dating from 1838, transforming it into a modern staff wellbeing facility. Extensive repairs addressed severe dry rot and water damage, including roof repairs and the replacement of compromised timber elements.
The project also involved specialist heritage restoration, bespoke joinery, a replica spiral staircase, complex floor tiling and external works, all carefully designed to preserve the building’s historic character while supporting its new purpose.
The project was delivered on programme and to a high standard, creating a safe, accessible wellbeing facility with dedicated spaces for relaxation, fitness, wellbeing and reflection.
