Seville were appointed to deliver a five-year Fire Risk Assessment programme across Riverside’s residential portfolio, including high-rise buildings. Working within occupied properties, the team carries out fire door replacements, compartmentation works and Type 4 surveys to improve compliance and support Golden Thread requirements. A structured delivery process, regular client engagement and a robust resident access strategy enable Seville to maintain programme performance and deliver high-quality fire safety improvements with minimal disruption to residents.
