Southern Housing Group
We have successfully secured a Framework Agreement with Southern Housing Group to support the delivery of its Stock Reinvestment Programme. We are also carrying out large-scale rectification works to ensure compliance with fire safety standards.
Seville have recently been appointed as Southern’s Reserve Contractor Framework to carry out responsive repairs and out of hours cover across their regions.
Central & Cecil
We are working in partnership with Central and Cecil Housing Association to provide responsive repairs, out of hours emergency response cover, planned maintenance, void refurbishment/repairs and cyclical decorations across their portfolio in London.
Thrive Homes
Seville were awarded an 8 year partnership with Thrive Homes to deliver a Repairs and Cyclical Decorating Programme. Our voids team has also assisted Thrive Homes with a number of external and internal void repairs.
Catalyst Housing
We are currently undertaking major refurbishment projects, void repair works and remedial fire regulation works on behalf of Catalyst Housing Association.
A2 Dominion
Our fire safety team is currently undertaking repair works on behalf of A2D to ensure their housing stock is fully compliant with current fire regulations.
Housing Solutions
In Partnership with Housing Solutions, we undertaking kitchen and bathroom replacements and void refurbishments across the Thames Valley portfolio.
